WCHSA is governed by a board comprised of representative directors from Full Member Counties. Each of the five WCHSA regions appoints three members to the board. Regional members serve three-year terms. The president, vice president and treasurer are elected for two-year terms. WCHSA board members as of May 1, 2026 are as follows:
